Qup privacy information

This is pre-launch product information, last reviewed on September 16, 2026. It explains the intended data flows in Qup and requires final legal review before launch. It is not a finalized privacy policy.

Information used to provide Qup

Qup uses account information to identify you, connected-provider information to manage publishing access, and the captions, media, destinations, and schedule details you submit to carry out publishing. Publishing history records the result for each provider.

When you connect a social account, the provider grants permissions for supported Qup features. Authorization credentials are handled by the backend. Your captions and media are shared with the destinations you select when publishing. Each provider also applies its own policies to information it receives.

Analytics and subscriptions

Paid analytics uses saved insights from supported providers and refreshes them subject to availability and service limits. Subscription records are used to determine access, including qualifying App Store entitlements. The final policy must describe the payment services available at launch and their data practices.

Choices and account requests

You choose the destinations for each post. Connecting an account does not automatically select it for all posts. Disconnecting an account or deleting your Qup account does not necessarily remove content already published on a social platform; manage that content with the provider.

Qup’s final privacy policy must explain account deletion, applicable retention rules, service providers, and the rights available to you. This page does not make a fixed retention or deletion-time promise.

For a privacy question or account-data request, use the developer contact provided in Qup’s App Store listing. Include the account email and a description of your request. Do not send passwords, provider access tokens, or payment details.
