Qup terms information

This is pre-launch product information, last reviewed on September 16, 2026. It describes the intended service and requires final legal review before launch. It is not a finalized terms-of-service agreement.

Your account and your content

Qup helps you compose posts, choose connected destinations, schedule publishing, and review results. Use accounts you are authorized to manage and content you have the right to publish. You are responsible for reviewing your caption, media, destinations, and timing before scheduling.

Protect your sign-in credentials and follow the rules of the providers you connect. Do not use Qup to bypass provider restrictions or publish unlawful content.

Publishing and provider availability

Social providers control their own account eligibility, supported formats, permissions, and processing. Scheduled publishing may be delayed or fail when a provider is unavailable, authorization has expired, or a post does not meet its requirements. A successful result on one destination does not mean every destination succeeded.

Review publishing history and connection health for work that needs attention. Disconnecting a provider from Qup does not remove content already published there.

Free and paid access

The free tier allows two scheduled posts at a time. Analytics requires an active paid entitlement. One paid web plan is planned with monthly and annual billing; monetary prices will be displayed before web purchases open.

A qualifying App Store subscription is recognized on the same Qup account. App Store purchases remain managed through Apple. Review the purchase terms presented by the relevant store or checkout before subscribing. This page does not establish a refund, renewal, or cancellation policy.

Before launch

Final terms must identify the service operator, applicable contractual terms, billing details, and any legal provisions required for launch. No company legal entity, governing jurisdiction, or service-level guarantee is established by this pre-launch page.
